Fees for Judge Scanlon's time are calculated based upon hourly rates for all preparation time and participation in the proceeding. There is no retainer fee for Mediations and Arbitrations of Civil Matters. However, for Domestic Relations cases,
a retainer fee will be established on a case-by-case basis.

In the interest of keeping your costs down, there may be times when the firm's ADR Associate, Elizabeth S. Cooperstein, Esquire, will conduct a preliminary review of submitted materials and provide additional services at an hourly rate of $90.00.

The assumption is that the parties will share all fees equally, unless some other arrangement is made at the time of the proceeding.
