Scanlon ADR Services Fee Schedule

No matter what type of conflict resolution you seek, we support you all the way to a settlement conference. Fees for our services are calculated based on hourly rates, and the fees include all preparation time and participation in the proceeding. A billing statement will be provided to the parties at the conclusion of the proceeding. The assumption is that both parties will share the fees equally unless another arrangement is made at the time of the proceeding.

Out-of-town rates are available upon request. When meetings are held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, hourly rates are as follows:
